Our strategy is to build long term partnership with our customers, through a combination of enhanced quality of products and services, creative marketing and innovative pricing. To achieve this we have focused on direct sales of foreign third party products and in addition offering start-up (Installation, training) support and other adhoc services to support product delivery.

We have in place two effective maintenance schemes for our clients that becomes effective immediately after the expiration of waranty; PREVENTIVE and CORRRECTIVE : This maintenance schemes are also applicable to already installed equipment by such Clients;
